Tests

You have to post in a tester's office asking for a test.

Advanced Constructed TCG Format; with current banlist at the time of test.

Test will be in the form of a match (no changing decks)

Duels are to be held on Dueling Network (www.duelingnetwork.com), unless approved for an alternative medium by an Adminstrator.

Deck build: /5
- The number of cards in the deck and card choice.

Knowledge: /5
- Assesses the knowledge of the deck and the game in general. Misplays occur a penalty.

Strategy: /5
- Assesses the strategy of the duelist. Overpushing or burning resources occur a penalty.

Side Deck: /3
- Side deck skills (both siding in and out)

Rulings: /6
- 3 rulings questions will be asked. 2 for each correct answer. [Please Note: These questions are to be asked by an Academy Judge either via either the Forum Chatbox, or Dueling Network PM]

Total Score: /24

Dorms:
Odin Orange: 20-24
Thor Teal: 15-19
Loki Lapis Lazuli: 0-14

N.B. Valhalla Violet is the elite dorm. Entry is by invitation: Testers nominate the extremely able players to an Administrator, who will assess these players and invite them to the dorm if they pass.

Testers will post the highest dorm (you are eligible to) in your test results, and you will automatically be transfered there by an Administrator. If you wish to join another (lower) dorm instead, you can PM an Administrator.

Re-Tests

You will be eligible for a re-test a month after your test (optional).

Nonetheless, after a period of 2 months, there is a mandatory re-test for all members; this is to keep the dorms fresh and ensure members end up in the dorm they belong. If you do not re-test, you will automatically become a regular member (black) again.

You are not allowed to be tested by the same tester (as your previous test) for your re-test.
